I am licensed as a broker but choose to function as a salesperson. The official title in Florida is Broker Associate. In North Carolina I am qualified as a Broker, and keep my North Carolina License with eXp Realty LLC, as well. I work with a team of real estate professionals who represent clients in the purchase and sale of all types of South Florida real estate. In North Carolina I get to call the Mountains of Western North Carolina my runaway.
